OUR SERVICES
Our philosophy is to provide a service that we can guarantee to deliver in the speediest, most reliable and cost effective way. We only handle those assignments, which we believe we can complete, and where we can add value by providing acceptable advice to the client and the candidates under consideration.
We will tailor our services to suit the client's budget. Wherever possible we will agree a fixed fee at the outset so that we are able to be objective on making salary recommendations that will not influence our final fee.
We are most effective when we are invited to handle the assignment from the original definition of the position and the person required through to the final negotiations with the preferred candidate.
When we do not have the resources or feel that we are not the most suitable consultancy to handle the assignment we will recommend one that we know will deliver to the standards we expect of ourselves.
In particular, we have a close association with an Interim Management consultancy and an international search firm.
Where circumstances dictated that only part of our services are required we will adjust our fees accordingly.
From as little as 1% of anticipated salary we will act as a post box collecting and forwarding replies to an advertisement.
For a little more we will add extra services such as:
- Assessing the response;
- Arranging the first round of interviews;
- Interviewing the chosen candidates;
- Preparing a shortlist.
When advertising is deemed not to be necessary as our database can provide an initial satisfactory selection then we will adjust our fees according to the time that is to be spent and the exclusivity of the assignment.
