We guarantee that we will maintain confidentiality of information supplied to us by candidates and clients using such information with discretion and with notification of intention to do so.

We guarantee to work as speedily as possible without sacrificing quality of service and to keep all parties informed of the status of the assignment.

We will maintain contact with the client and the candidates and will not refer either to colleagues without the express approval of all parties.

We will agree in advance all fees and expenses and will not increase the fee without prior agreement.

No assignments are undertaken without an initial briefing and no candidates are referred without being briefed as fully as possible.

We will not approach candidates previously placed or employed by clients.

All candidates are interviewed in depth and a full report is supplied before any interview is held.
